Shipping policy
WoolAid ships worldwide from New Zealand using NZ Post and its international delivery partners. Shipping rates for New Zealand, Australia and international destinations are calculated and displayed at checkout.
Dispatch timeframes
Orders are generally dispatched within 2 business days.
Some products or gift sets may require additional preparation and may take up to 4 business days to dispatch.
Orders are not dispatched on weekends or New Zealand public holidays. During sale periods, public holidays and other periods of high demand, dispatch and delivery may take longer than usual.
Estimated delivery timeframes
Once your order has been dispatched, estimated delivery times are:
- New Zealand: 1–4 business days
- New Zealand rural addresses: allow an additional 3 business days
- Australia: 3–6 business days
- Rest of world: 5–10 business days
These timeframes are estimates only and may be affected by courier delays, customs processing or other circumstances outside WoolAid’s control.
International orders, duties and taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes or other import charges when they arrive in the destination country.
These charges are determined by local authorities and are the responsibility of the customer. WoolAid does not cover customs duties, import taxes or related charges.
We recommend checking the relevant import requirements for your country before ordering.
Lost or missing orders
If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us at orders@woolaid.com with your order number.
We will investigate the shipment with the relevant delivery provider and work with you to resolve the issue.
Returned or refused deliveries
Please ensure your shipping information is correct before completing your order.
If an order is returned to WoolAid because delivery was refused, the address provided was incorrect or the parcel was not collected, we will contact you to discuss redelivery or an appropriate store credit.
Additional shipping charges may apply where an order needs to be resent.
